  1. Rugs can be ordered using the order form below, or by contacting mbala rugs @ (604) 461-3665 or colour@mbala.com

  2. If you're using the order form below, please complete one form per rug design

  4. Methods of payment include all major credit cards, cheques, cash or direct deposit.

  5. Payment Terms:
    • All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front. The deposit is allocated to the purchase of raw materials for the rug and ensures a steady flow of payment to the Zulu weavers.
    • The balance is to be paid at time of delivery.
    • All prices listed exclude GST, PST and shipping costs within Canada.


  6. Refund Policy:
    • Rugs ordered from our existing collection will only be fully refunded or replaced in the event of order discrepancies or workmanship deficiencies.
    • Custom ordered rugs have a "No Refund" policy, unless there are deficiencies in workmanship.


  7. Custom ordered designs will be confirmed by means of illustrations.

  8. Custom ordered colours will be confirmed by means of coded colour tufts. This ensures accurate colour selections since printed colours or colours viewed on computer screens vary.

  9. Delivery:
    • Our rugs are hand woven in South Africa, therefore allow 8-12 weeks for delivery.
    • Cost of delivery within Canada will be added to the order.
